FBO & Hangar Development Project

We now hold a 50-year master leasehold at the prime center location on Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport.

The project has three phases. Phase 1 is currently in progress. This will consist of 4.63 acres, 38,600 SF of hangars, 9,050 SF of office, a concrete ramp, and large lobby suitable for high end client aviation events. An experienced team is engaged, and the predevelopment is nearly complete.

MYF airport is going through a period of expansion as it is the closest reliever airport to San Diego International Airport. This new development is a great project and opportunities are open for Investors and future hangar tenants.
