Sleigh Ride in the Sky

Baja 1000

Corporate Helicopters provided ten helicopters on the 43rd Annual Tecate Score Baja 1000 Race that spanned from Ensenada to La Paz utilizing five AStars, a LongRanger, a JetRanger and three Robinson R44s.

The helicopters provided medical evacuation services for SCORE International, filmed the racing action for NBC Sports and spotted for race team’s vehicles such as Bad Apple Racing, Baldwin Motorsports, as well as the Trophy Truck Class and Overall Winner of the race, Vildosola Racing, to name a few.

Calvin Klein Commercial

Film Pilot, Ivor Shier and Camera Operator, Marty Zimmerman utilized their aerial filming skills in the AS350-B2 Astar Helicopter, rigged with Corporate Helicopters’ in-house HD Wescam Camera System (aka the "Z" CAM) which is a gyro-stabilized camera system equipped with a Sony F900 CineAlta camera.

The crew was filming aerials for a Calvin Klein Commercial in the Torrey Pines State Park.

West Coast Cineflex Shoot

Garner Shepard flew with a European Film Crew to film aerial shots for a documentary about the sea and the different cultures along the coast.

The crew left San Diego on a seven-day aerial journey that ended in Eureka, CA in the Bell JetRanger rigged with a Cineflex Camera System.

Man, Woman, Wild

Pilot Gary Roesink and Camera Operator Marty Zimmerman were on location in the Warner Springs area shooting for the Discovery Channel TV Show, “Man, Woman Wild”, a show about a husband and wife team who survive for four days and nights, with only a knife and the clothes on their backs.
