Aditya and Pooja are both Lieutenant Commanders in the US Navy. Pooja is a dentist, and Aditya is a flight surgeon.

They met aboard the USS Ronald Reagan in hostile territory at the Gulf of Oman – serving in Afghanistan and Iraq in 2011.

So they decided to host their wedding reception than an aircraft carrier too. And why not have the couple arrive on the USS Midway by helicopter?
