The 2002 Tanker is USFS Carded and DOT Compliant. The fuel tanker holds about 4,200 gallons of Jet A, and the fuel trailer holds about 4,500 gallons of Jet A for a total of 9,700 gallons. The pumping system is equipped with quick disconnects for both single-point and over the wing nozzles. Using the trucks PTO, the single-point connection for Type I or II helicopters pumps up to 95 gallons per minute, and the over-the-wing connection for Type III helicopters pumps about 30 gallons per minute.

The pumping system is equipped with quick disconnects for both single-point and over the wing nozzles. The heavy-duty 1,000 gallon fuel trailer was built with its own self-sufficient 50 gallon per minute pump system. The trailer is built to USFS specifications with compliant filter and calibrated metering. It has a 50 foot, aircraft-quality fueling hose and 50 foot bonding cable. The fuel hose has a quick disconnect system that allows the use of either an over wing nozzle or single point nozzle.
