The Corporate Helicopters’ team delivered multiple external loads of research equipment by helicopter to the Coronado Islands in Mexico this week for the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. This helicopter external load operation was lead by Chief Pilot, Gary Roesink who flew the mission making 5 trips from Border State Park to the Islands, which are 10 miles off shore. Ground crew included Wayne Churning, a member of Corporate Helicopters Maintenance Department and photographer, Mandy Patterson (VP of Operations). The success of this mission was due to excellent planning and execution from our fine team!
